The Parliamentary Global Engagement Unit (PGEU) coordinates the House of Elders’ international engagement. Our mandate includes parliamentary diplomacy with foreign parliaments, treaty scrutiny before ratification, investment oversight for projects over $10M, diaspora engagement, and donor coordination with UNDP, EU, and World Bank partners.
